[Help] Rebug Lite 4.85 stuck in recovery

I just tried to install a package with the inbuilt package manager, and the screen went back and booted me into recovery. I shut down and restart, and i boot into recovery yet again. I don't have an official controller.
I only just put custom firmware on it. Any help appreciated, thanks!

I know nothing about differences between FW versions, specifically 4.82-4.86, but I still had a strange thought.

We all know that we need both a CEX and a DEX firmware file to make a REX CFW.

Couldn't it be possible to use the last available DEX (I guess it would need some edits and stuff) to make a custom REX FW, without the use of a later DEX FW? Or is the difference simply to great between versions?

Just a thought.

First of all you can't launch homebrew,games,apps any kind of program all will give blackscreen even toggle QA Flag will give blackscreen so you can't install lower firmware (noBD versions) if your console is not already QA flagged you can follow on of those two method depending one what cfw you are on or which method you see it easier for you :)

A few days ago I bought myself a PS3 slim with 500GB HDD in a good shape. Hi folks, so recently I wanted to install some mod menu to my GTA V (PSN Version) on my SS PS3 with HEN, so I watch a lot of tutorial on the forum and other sites, the thing is that I realized that all EBOOT.BIN out there are for physical versions of the game (BLES or BLUES) and the most for DEX, and I find some tutorials that says that your can resign the game loader to get running on anyone by signing the package name (mine NPUB) with programs like SELF and ESSO.

So I tried ALL......

Hi all!

I just want to install game updates that fix bugs, crashes and black screens
Nothing of game updates of circuits, maps, cars ...
I want to have backups of the updates/patches for the inevitable time when the update servers do go down

How to know for which games are necessary to install them?
Which PC program is the most recommended?

Hello,
i have the PS3 Slim and played GTA Online with Semjases and usw HEN. Now i updated it from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1.
Where i login to PSN the systems wants to make the new update that recently came out for the firmware and i cant login without this update. But i shouldn't make the update when i use HEN.
So i can't log in to PSN without the update but i can't maket the update because HEN warns me to stay on the old firmware.

What do i have to do to play GTA Online with HEN and the Semjases...

Uncharted will not activate

I have tried ReActPSN, i've tried just the on-the-fly activation, the correct .rap file is in the exdata folder on my FAT32 usb drive. the game installed, and now will not activate. Multiple tries, multiple restarts, with and without internet, with and without activating HEN first, checked to make sure the file is in fact there, and that it is the right one, it is.

What now?

Im using ps2 classic gui with sucesfull but i have too much games to convert.

is there a software or a method to do batch convert?

maybe an external tool that can learn and automatize the ps2 classic gui process.

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install new updates on my PS3 CECH2003A running on Rogero 4.46 but every time the update get stuck and give me error
Data Corrupted Error (8002F169) I removed the disc and tried in the recovery mode but no success,
My multiman is working but some games doesn't open,
Tried to install QA toggle but doesn't work too,
Any ideas what should I do,

A while ago I read somewhere, that it was possible to swap hard disks in a PS3, thus having several disks with OFW installed that you could then swap between. Unfortunately, trying that out caused all hard disks to not be readable anymore, and no matter what HD I put in, I'd be told at boot that I'd have to reboot or reinstall the firmware.

After that, I looked up how to recover data from a PS3 hard disk. I've installed CFW on a new disk, extracted my PS3's eid root key, and used PS3 HDD...

Writing recovered data (via Eid root key) to new HD.
