Hello boys of forum, I come from the community the transfer of games in ps3 ofw to cfw (DTU), I have a problem with a game of telltale games (the walking dead) that, I saw it in a list of compatible games for the transfer, but they do not tell me how is the procedure so that it can be played in an original console.

basically, in the compatibility list it tells me that if they work in version BLES01975 and NPUB30741, but the first has no update and the other is a divided psn.

I am at a loss to be honest

I have tried PSP launcher to no avail, i cant toggle cobra coz rebug 4,83 is not out and i upgraded to fennox 4.83 w/cobra

Am i missing something?

The data is corrupted ( 8002F2C5)

My ps3 slim CECH - 2006A on 4.80 CFW Ferrox shut down due to power failure and i tried to update since it was giving me an error to upgrade the firmware but i couldn't , so i remove the HDD and formatted it through windows , but i'm unable to update the firmware and i keep getting the same error 8002f2c5 . I have already tried CFW 4.80 and CFW 4.81 . PS3 is asking me to upgrade 4.81 +

please help to get this sorted.

First of all hi, I'm a new member. I have a ps3 which was running 4.82 Cobra CFX. It had a system error so I had to download OFW 4.83. Now my PS3 works, thankfully. But now,
A-) I have to wait and jailbreak it again
B-) Just upload CFW 4.83 without jailbreaking?

I don't know much so.. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, I know this can be done because it sort of has, but I've been looking into the possibility of using a Raspberry Pi Zero as an all-in-one chip reader and writer for downgrading due to its ease of programming, ability to run an OS, low cost, ability to do everything from the RPi0, and just being a generally better option than a Teensy. Hey all,

Just recently flashed my nor using the ps3xploit website. I have a fat ps3, it has 2.60 as lowest firmware, and I double checked that it was a NOR model. I also verified the dump with the tool. I used this guide: https://www.psxhax.com/threads/selfs-ps3-xploit-guide-for-4-82-ofw.4251/ After flashing the NOR the window said that the flash was successful and to reboot the ps3.

So i turned it off (through the ps3 menu) and when I turn it on it briefly turns on, I can hear...

I have a ps3 which was running 4.82 Cobra CFW. It had a system error so I uploaded OFW 4.83 (dumb me didn't think of uploading CFW again ) now it works

So I was thinking if downgrading is cheap in my country, I'll have my PS3 downgraded and maybe even jailbroken if it's cheap too. If not, what version do you recommend it to be downgraded so I can easily jailbreak and upload CFW again by myself?

And is there any ETA for jailbreaking 4.83? Sorry for not being patience but since the...

so i have cechc on latest rebug 4.82.2 rex.accidentaly i've forced software ps2 emu via latest rebug roolbox multi and since then i can't revert it to default.

i've tried reflashing rebug,i've tried multiple rebug toolbox versions that i could find and nothing i can do.

i can't do full restore currently because my hdd is full and i can't backup it at the moment.in few days i'm getting new pc and laptop and then i plan on doing full backup and fresh install of everything.

so,main problem...

I have PS3 that can play games for free.
When I bought it it was in this condition, so I do not know details how homebrew was done.

I have downloaded a new Fifa 19 game, but when I start it via IRISMAN v3.46 I just got a black screen.
My assumption is that I need to upgrade IRISMAN to the latest version maybe also PS3 firmware, but I do not know how.

Hello, I recently update a PS3 CFW 4.82, via Internet (principal menu) to 4.83, when the update was installing, the installation failure, and, the system reboot, but on recovery mode, and wants than I put a USB with a update, 4.83 or newer.

I tried with OFW, and CFW 4.83, CFW 4.82, and the system doesn't detect a valid firmware.
What can I do? Can I not loose the CFW?
Help guys, really, I don't want a paperweight

Forgetting that I had automatic update download enabled on my PS3 4.83 downloaded but I did not install it. Right now it's on 4.82 and when I try to run the exploit from the USB I am unable to select it because I am being prompted to run the actual 4.83 update with no option to use the USB even though the console sees it. So my questions are:
1. Is there a way to remove the downloaded update?
2. If not, is there any way around this?
