First time Jailbreak

Hi all

This is my first time at posting on here and my first time if I can jail breaking bought an old PS3 to try to see if I can jailbreak etc. However, when going on the web I get mixed messages regarding whether I can do it.

The ps3 is a slim 160gb with model number Cech3003A. Is this jail breakable?

I have also completed a full data wipe and factory restore. Which update of firmware is best to use etc.

If so, which is best guide to use to jailbreak? What apps etc is best to use
