Can't update to 4.84 Rebug REX

Not so long ago I updated from 4.82.2 REX to 4.84.1 STARBUGED to test COBRA 8.01, but now that 4.84.1 Rebug REX is out I wanted to update to that version, only problem is that my console won't let me it says "No applicable update data was found".

I also tried via recovery and it doesn't detect any update data.

My folder structure is correct: /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP
and my USB is fat32 formatted.

QA Flag is enabled in REBUG TOOLBOX.
