Downgrading CECH-2504A?

Hello guys,

I have CECH-2504A on 4.83 i am good with hardware so planning to buy E3 flasher to downgrade it, since i am new to this i have couple of questions.

1. Can i downgrade to 4.82 and then use exploit to install CFW
2. What would be the best way to fix e3 clip on nor chip since people have problems with it, it seems?
3. Do i need to downgrade to 3.55 first or 4.82 + exploit is enough?
