How do I get "The Last of Us" DLC to work?

I'm trying to get the "Left Behind" DLC to work on The Last of Us.

I have extracted the game files (Duplex Version) to DEV_HDD0/GAME

I installed the DLC package files to DEV_HDD0/packages

The DLC came in two files, they both installed without any errors.

Yet, when I launch the game the DLC is not present.

I'm running CFW 4.86.1

HELP!
