Problems with Atelier Series
These following games from the same publisher mount fine, but when I run them they want to install data on the internal hard drive and the process always fails. I thought it might be my ISO, but I don't see how every game from this publisher fails installing.

Can't get NTFS external drive to work
Hope someone can point me to what I'm missing because this is driving me crazy.
I'm running Ferrox 4.82 on a Phat console. I have a 1TB external drive that I have formatted NTFS on Windows 7. I've just ripped a whole chunk of my collection to ISOs using MultiMan, and they are in a folder called "PS3ISO". I also have a couple of folder-ized games that are in a folder called "games".
The drive simply doesn't appear no matter what I do. It's plugged into the rightmost USB, powers on, but...

Can't play my ripped ISOs, get an error...
I spent a couple days ripping my entire collection on two newly-CFW-ed consoles, and now I have them all on a single NTFS external drive. Unfortunately if I try to play anything, I get this error every time (different for each game of course):
Error! /dev_hdd0/tmp/wmtmp/Battlefield 4.ntfs[PS3ISO]
I've run prepNTFS, as far as I can tell everything should be fine but I'm clearly missing something. ISOs seem to run fine if launched from MultiMan, though I keep seeing "Not in XMB!" for some...

Doing something wrong?
Hi I've just ran the exploit and installed the rebug 4.81 with modded syscon. All seems ok I'm glad I don't need my E3 flasher any more!
I did my usual and installed toolbox, enabled cobra and webman.
Installed multiman and irisman (for NTFS file transfers!)
PS3 stuff plays fine. PS2 also plays.
The first three PS1 games I tried just black screened on me. Alien Trilogy. Tomb raider 1 and tomb raider 2. The games work just fine on my pc, all three ripped to multi track bin and cue....

i ve written in different forums to just get a solution to my problem, now i ve to ask you because every one said you all can help me!
Today i got my new slim in my mail, and yeah i ve got another one too and that is hacked with rebug and stuff, my new one got the ofw 4.82 and is hackable because the basic ofw is 2.7 and the number is CECH 2004b.
i ve managed to let the ps3xploiter run and succeed, i restarted. and i was happy that it worked,
i ve put the rebug custom fw...

How to get old gameboot + console boot for 4.82?
I found a post on wololo to get the old gameboot chime and logo back for 4.80, but I'm on ferox cobra 4.82 and trying this on rebug 4.82 gave me a brick. Does anyone know of a working version for 4.82? How hard is it to make? I don't know how to make a plugin.

Did my PS3 die?
Hello, I tried to jailbreak my ps3 slim 4.82 2xxx and after nor write step my ps3 doesn't power on. When I press the power button I hear 3 beeps then the green light becomes yellow and after that it flashes red. Is my ps3 dead?

N00b doubts on what to do with a Slim 3xxx - Wait for HEN or chip?
So this is the thing, I've old enough firmware to attempt a downgrade throgh the chip method (haven't researched it since a long while because I haven't seriously considered it till now), and then install a fully fledged CFW, with all the support and such.
The other possibility is to wait for a HEN exploit for my model(afaik, through current methods, only chipped late Slims and super Slims can use CFW), but the thing I do want to know in order to decide what to do is, is HEN going...

easiest way to change targetID?
it's kinda annoying and long thing to go through 3 homebrew apps after every boot just to change targetID to cex and patch this and that to get online on PSN. is there any app or shortcut way to change targetID using buttons? or maybe have it turned on automatically on boot? i'm currently on dex

E3 Flasher for unbricking NOR Slim
I just bought an E3 Flasher from AliExpress, which is most likely a clone as it was just 30$.
However I need to ask a few things.
1. How can I tell if it's a clone?
2. If it is, could it still be used to unbrick a console?
3. Do I need anything else besides the flasher and clip? I read slot about JB dongles and such, but is it necessary for unbricking?

So after i finnaly did the exploit and got to my cfw(which is rebug dex 4.81.2) i did set np env to np and put idps to CEX, but i still get the 8002A224 error code, is my cid banned?
