Hi guys,
I have a PS3 with CFW, but i am developing a Homebrew for HEN, so, if i put another hard disk. Will be possible to have HEN and CFW, i mean, when i use the PS3 for playing use CFW and for testing use HEN.
I am in 4.85 btw. I read that u need the same firmware, so if I install 4.85 on the new disk, will it work?
And the most important thing, will I lose any data for switching the drives?

How to block system update notifications?

Hello. I have PS3 Slim with OFW 4.85 and i have installed PS3HEN. I have been constantly notified about the need to update the system since the last time. Can these notifications be blocked somehow so that they do not pop up? I don't want to disconnect the console from the internet because I watch YouTube videos on the console.

Noob questions to remarry Bluray drive

Hi all, I have a Fat PS3 CECHC02 PAL 60GB not modded yet that needs the Bluray drive remarried all I know so far is I have to jailbreak it to run CFW so I can put it in factory service mode to remarry the bluray drive though jailbreaking is probably the old way and installing CFW is the new better way, I dont know which type to use CEX, DEX or another and that I have to put it in factory service mode by using a dongle or jig (PSP?) my PS3 is on OFW 4.31 and I see there are CFW's for this...

PS3 CECH - 2504B Enable HEN

Hey, guys,
After multiple tries I managed to install Enable HEN on my PS3 CECH - 2504B.
Happy with this result, I wanted to continue and faced the problem in the Flash Memory Manager -> CFW Compatible PS3 menu I got a red cross.
Somebody has already been able to reach this result and can try to install the suite ??

How to Upgrade a CFW's Cobra Version

Is there a way to upgrade only the Cobra version?
I'm running 4.84.2 REX and would like to bump up to Cobra 8.2 but would like to stay on 4.84.2
I'm on Evilnat's Github Cobra-PS3 page and I'm on the BIN and SRC page.
Is it something straighforward (doubt it) such as swapping the self(s), bin, cex and dex in the github BIN to the appropriate places on the PS3?
Any input would be appreciated.

PS3 HEN multiman issue

Hello guys I'm a very new user of playstation and i bought a ps3 super slim and installed HEN on it. When i use multiman (Unofficial_multiMAN_04.84.00_BASE_(20190528)_[PS3HEN]_fix-info.pkg.453.v4.84_HEN) it has a black screen error i have to hard reset the playstation to turn it back on. Please help im very new to this.
If that is not possible suggest any other alternatives which can help me copy games to my ps3 hard drive from my pendrive.
Tried installing other versions of multiman too....

greetings (and sorry for the late hour post) since i modded my PS3 i've been noticing that my discs aren't working either they start with an error (Error Starting the Application or something like that) or they freeze at boot after enabling HEN is there a way to fix it?

I have a Fat PS3 CECHC02 on OFM version 4.31 so no mod yet but to install 4.81 FERROX CEX v1.00 do I have to update to OFW 4.81 first or is it good to go while on 4.31? Once its on CFW I will remarry the bluray drive so I need the CFW to be CEX as the tutorial I'm using says to use CEX. Thanks all.

I modded my super slim with ps3Hen and the fist game I transferred with irisman Uncharted 1 works fine.Beginners luck cause the next two I tried Uncharted 2 and Batman arkham origins required update and then got stuck on black screen and ps3 froze.What can I try to get them to work?They are both isos.

Ive have followed this tutorial:

with three different BD daughter boards and I get the same error :"CEX_drive_init_sblock() failed" and just after that popup is another popup "CEX_drive_init() failed", by the tutorial it says to put a bluray movie in after to play even if an error as it can be still good but the movies dont show up at all. I once forgot I had a Bluray disk movie in the...

ps2 games turn off my ps3

hi guys i have a problem with my ps3 fat 80gb.
I can't play any ps2 games on my ps3, I initially tried with hen, but the games when they started made the ps3 turn off. After I tried to install rebug 4.86 and the same thing always happens.
The games have been installed both in pkg and in iso.
The games tested are: DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3, DBZ Infinite World and Bully.
How can I solve it?

PS. PS3 disc Games works, but DB Raging Blast installed on hdd doesnt work
