Can't connect to PSN when HEN is Enable

Well, the thing is that I can't connect at all to the PSN when the HEN is Enabler...I read another post here and I try what they said can solve this issue but nothing works...

Yes, I already try deleting the SYSCALL with the PSN-Patch...
Yes, I already try deleting the SYSCALL with WEBmanMOD

If someone knows what's going now and can explain to me how to solve it I will appreciate it
