your system is not running on compatible rebug configuration

i have installed PS3 4.84 ... it is working fine multiman working also but when open Rebug cobra it shows this msg "your system is not running on compatible rebug configuration" . that is why i can not toggle rebug mood and Selector functions list is not available ? hot to fix it

also in weMan functoins/folders are not showing
