Downloaded game from PSN disappears

I have HAN on my super slim ps3, I did every operation through HAN in the secondary account.After reboot I wanted to download a game from the PSN (in main account) but, after I waited in xmb for the game to be finished downloading, I can't find the package in the game folder
what can I do?
