A little help

Hi everyone!

I have a ps3 CFW Rebug 4.80. My HDD is almost full and i want to delete everything on it.

How can i do this without losing jailbreak?If i do a Restore PS3 System and then Quik Format after finishing i have CFW 4.80 or OFW 4.80?
