Doubts - Rebuild Database on Rebug DEX 4.84.1

Hi you guys,

Ive a PS3 slim 320g, unlocked with Rebug DEX 4.84.1, flashed Nand.

My internal hard drive has some hiccups on game intros and on loading times, ive searched the solution and ive found ive to enter in safe mode and select REBUILD DATABASE.

Ive some doubts, if i do that, will i lose something installed? like multiman, irisman, game saves or the game iso's? Its safe to do this process under DEX?
