4.82/4 OFW to CFW Help

So I saw the video by MrMario and it was for 4.82 and the links he provided here no longer worked. Did lots of reading and figured I needed to update to 4.84 to use latest exploit. I have a FAT PS3 minver says 1.90 and it is a CECHE. This is what I have done so far:

Updated to 4.84 using HFW (not sure if I needed to update to 4.84 using OFW)
Went to the PS3xploit page to do exploit but not sure if I need to dump first or write first? I figured dump first right?...
