Ps3 froze while patching Nor Flash Memory

So im doing the new HFW method, i came to the point where i have to put the clean flash_484.hex in the root of my usb. I hit initialize after it succeded i pressed patch Nor flash memory and now it froze there since 10mins and i cant do anything.

Side note: i checked if my ps3 slim is compatible(minver 3.50) Nor type
I also installed the HFW twice to be at the safe side.
