80710A06 Strange Errors..

I've been having errors on 4.81 Rebug CFW DEX. I can sign into the account already on my PS3, but when I create a new user and try to create or add an account it gives me the message "An error has occured. 80710A06". I also, cannot use the "Account Management" section on my account when signed in as I get the same error.

Any help regarding this would be appreciated.
