https redirect trying to jailbreak fat PS3

hi everyone,

i'm following this guide to jailbreak my PS3 fat: https://www.wikihow.com/Jailbreak-a-PS3

when i enter "http://ps3.editzz.net/" in the PS3 browser it redirects to"https://ps3.editzz.net/". then the browser shows "The page cannot be displayed (80710a06)" message. i searched for a resolution but couldn't find anything useful. i'm thinking they're might be something i need to change on my router to allow the http connection to go through.
