PLs help me setup new HDD for ps3

hi

i have new hdd on my fat pas 3 console
my old hdd, jb with 4.82 firmware

i want to use 4.82 firmware, need to use OFW or CFW?

i try use OFW but nothing works,
-do all the trick /PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP
-fat32 flash drive

do in safe mode still not working
