Quicker way to switch between PAL and NTSC than this?

I have a PAL PS3 with Rebug Lite, multiMAN and I use a CRT TV. After noticing NTSC PSX games had graphical and/or audio glitches I found it was because they were running with a PAL video output so I found a way to switch the system to output NTSC, but then the PAL games have glitches so I need a way to switch between the two.

I can switch between PAL and NTSC video output modes by launching multiMAN, copying a PAL or NTSC xRegistry.sys to /dev_flash2/etc/ (I think that's the location) but...

Quicker way to switch between PAL and NTSC than this?
