Playing games off external hdd with ntfs help!

My ps3 is NAND version PS3, I have used ps3xploit v2 and it worked. My ps3 model is CECH03. My ps3 is running 4.82 cfw. I show video on YouTube that said REBUG with COBRA I can use ntfs external hard drive to play games of it. I don’t like fat32 as it keeps saying the file to big to transfer to fat system so I want to know how do i install REBUG with COBRA. Can some help?
