ps3exploit v3.0 on local server

Hi,

I find it very easy and clearly explained how to run ps3exploit v2.0 on your own server or pc. And many prefer this way, in comparison with running the exploit from online server.

However I cannot find a similar guide tutorial for ps3exploit v3.0.
So if for some reason ps3exploit[dot]com domain is down, anyone with HAN will not be able to install or activate HAN?
