BO1 Crashed Now Cant Play

So I was playing some Black Ops 1 last night when all of a sudden, my PS3 crashed. Weird i thought but whatever, turned off the console and turned it back on. Now I cannot play BO1 at all.

I have BO1 internally installed and load it through webMon. It loads fine but when I go to play, i get these 2 errors
