Split ESN.BIN files to transfer them on a Fat32 drive

I have all my PS2 games in ESN.Bin file format. games smaller than 4GB i can transfer no proplem on the internal HDD and play via multiman. Games larger than 4GB i used "4g Splitter" to splitt the ESN.BIN Files in multiple files. but if i transfer them to the internal HDD they dont Show in multiman. Single File ESN.BIN Files show in multiman but multi files do not show there. How can i play ps2 games larger than 4GB on ps3 HEN?

( i can not use wireless transfer only usb stick)
