Can't play PSX/PS2 backups anymore after SSD upgrade

Hi guys, I have a problem.
I recently upgraded my PS3 BC from 60gb HDD to 1tb SSD. Everything worked fine, until I discovered that I am now unable to play my PSX and PS2 burned disks. They are in fact detected only as "Data Disk" and no longer as games. This problem occurs only with burned backups, not with the original discs. Is this an issue with SSDs? Has anyone experienced the same problem? What is wrong with it?
I'm on Evilnat 4.90 CEX
