Issue with HEN mod not opening pkg's

Hello everyone, as I've stated in the title, I've got an issue and I honestly have no clue what could be the solution.
I got HFW and HEN working on my super slim ps3, and also got multiman up and running, and after that I just turned the console off. I got webman on the same usb I used and put it in the packages folder just like multiman but for some reason when I turned the console on and enabled hen, when I try to open the pkg it just blurts out an error code.
