How to customize config files on pc. And how to isealdo tools config database

My Question Is I heard theres a way to edit a config file created with gunz using your pc to add the special config settings that would be on a emulator like pcsx2. For example: for both games like metal gear solid and the geataway black monday the fix for getting shot and seen through walls is set both VU0 and VU1 to SuperVU. Now in managunz there is a way to set VU0 to macro mode but i still ended up getting shot through a wall of barrells in the getaway BM after the fact lol. also...​
