PS2 Classics GUI2.2.3 creates 100KB pkg file....HELP!

When i encrypt iso file with ps2 classics gui 2.2.3 , i can creates ISO.BIN.ENC file(about 2.5GB),
but after that when i create pkg file, size of pkg file is 100KB....

i pay attention to the space or - in the path.

please help me..
