Is there a way to create a no bluetooth HFW?

This question was posted years ago by other memeber but due the advances of the scene since then Im asking about it now.
Is there a way to create a hybrid firmware that bypases hardware checks?
I have a ps3 super slim with a bluetooth broken and I just found about it the hard way while trying to install a new firmware and my console never finishes the instalation and gives me the error code of a hardware failure.
Can a hybrid firmware bypass this?
