Hen 4.90 install now?

Hi. I have installed HEN like two weeks ago, and this days came out Hen for 4.90 update.
I have installed the last version of WebmanMod. Can i update to the last 4.90 version without uninstall WebmanMOd? i ask this because i read that it seems that there is a problem between webmanmod and hen 4.90 but i dont know if it is for previous webmanmod versions. I use a lot webmanMod, all my games run through a ps3 net server, so i cant uninstall webmanmod.
