Every app leads to black screen after uninstalling webMan Mod

I have a slim PS3 and Hen running. At first I liked webMAN Mod, but when it started leading to black screen for
multiMAN mod, I just uninstalled it. Now I cannot start mutliMAN, I cannot even run RetroArch. I have a lot of discs backed up on my disk through MultiMAN. So I do not wish to do a full format. Is there a solution for my case?

Also HEN starts but gives a message about "not reaching update server" Btw this error is not the same as the error of "could not resolve update host" This...
