Can I use Netflix from PS Store?

Hi guy,
I'm new to this form. I have PS3 Slim with PS3Hen installed on it.

I installed Netflix and Youtube from PS Store with my account. Is it safe to use them and sign in to PSN, if I don't enable Hen when I turn on my PS3?, and is there a way to use Netflix while Hen enabled?
