1. HAN PKG needs PKG and RAP, I read in another place that only need to resign the RAP file, is that true? And how to resign just RAP?
2. NoHAN is the same as HEN PKG? (i will use this name so on ok..)
3. HEN PKG doesn't need RAP, why?
4. I read on this psdev page that conversion of game that does not have updates/dlc cannot be converted. Is this info updated?
