I was surprised that PS3 DECR/TOOL could install CEX Firmware but I didn't let the installation complete because I was afraid something might happen on my PS3. I also tried the DEX firmware but the error message came out 80029CCA so I assumed that the PS3 Reference Tool can only install CEX...
