Rebug 4.82 with toolbox 02.02.15 and webman mod 1.45.11 wont launch games

I did a bunch of searching and everything seems to put me into loops that result in no change. I've tried different rebug firmware and different versions of webman. At one point I even tried to use Sman but I can not get any of the managers to launch my PS3ISO's. The games iso's are in the HDD0 PS3ISO folder and i've tried multiple different iso's all with no change.

So I boot up my PS3 and it reads "webman loaded" in the top right corner. Then I open my webman and click my ISO, it opens...
