Need help with PS3HEN 4.89 (Slim model) iso's

So I'm trying to play 3 particular games from PS2. iv tried downloading the ps2 converter but my laptop wont install the program. Is there anyway i can play the games in ISO's. The games are

The Getaway
The Getaway Black monday
Scarface
