Upgrading HDD using Debug Utility. Need Help... Plz Urgent

Hi all.

I am running Rebug REX 4.80 on Ps3 slim. I am upgrading from original 250GB HDD to 1TB Segeate HDD.
I used the HDD change Utility from Debug Menu, and it copied successfully (took 5 hrs to copy 250 GB).
But after when I again put the new HDD, it comes up with an error that "error rebuilding file systems", and asks me to re format and re copy the whole again???

Plz Help.....
