Forgot login PSN account. I can't active pkg games

Hi there!

I've installed successfully HFW 4.86.1 on my PS3 Slim. But Unfortunately I've forgot the step login and active my PS3 before install HEN. Now I cannot active .PKG Games. I've try to restored the HFW 4.86 but HEN still there.
Is there any recommend for me? I'll have to restore the FW again or using any app to active the games?
My device: PS3 CECH 3012
