how do i monitor cpu and gpu temps in game?

is there a way to monitor system temps for my CECHH01 fat while im in game im currently on 4.48.2 REX rebug and wanna see how hot she gets while i am in a game so i can see how the new thermal paste is holding up

just replaced the thermal paste and i wanna monitor my system temps while gaming to make sure she being properly cooled and also to make sure the new paste is working well
