Why if there is a game folder mounted, CFW2OFW games don't work?

Does anyone know, why if a game folder is mounted (CFW/HEN), the CFW2OFW game doesn't work? However, it does not matter if the ISO game is mounted.

Is it related to app_home? because ISO games aren't mounted to app_home.
