easiest way to change targetID?

it's kinda annoying and long thing to go through 3 homebrew apps after every boot just to change targetID to cex and patch this and that to get online on PSN. is there any app or shortcut way to change targetID using buttons? or maybe have it turned on automatically on boot? i'm currently on dex
