Problem internal hdd

Hi
I have replaced my internal hdd of my ps3 slim with hfw 4.85.1
At system start hdd is not recognizer. Same problem with old hdd.
I try system restore
I try restore database and restore file system but my ps3 don't want start.
I try upgrade with USB but system don't recognizer any USB in fat32
Any idea?
