2 different hard drives into one PS3 system

Hi guys, first of all, sorry for bad english, but i will try my best for you can understand my question.
Scenario:
(First variant) - new hdd placed into ps3, installed ofw, logged psn and enjoying all that original things...

(Second one) - another new hdd placed into ps3, installed cfw after jb, offline psn, but enjoying all the customization stuff and so...

Question:
Its possible simply switch physicaly the one disk for second and vice versa with ps3 turned off and use one or second fw...
