ps3 cfw blackscreens, disk drive problem?

Hi everyone. I recently bought a ps3 and it worked without any problem. I could play my backup games for good. but i decided to replace its HDD. afterwards, multiman blackscreens. I even tried to install webman but it has the same problem. I also downgraded it and changed the cfw type but it didn't help.
there is something that might be the problem. its disk drive does not work. could it be related to the blackscreen problem?
