PS3 CECH2008B or CECH3003B

Hello Everyone

so i am confused between buying two models which i found in olx near my local
PS3 CECH2008B and CECH3003B

i heard that cech2008b is compatible with CFW and i can do almost everything if i get CFW like playing online on PSN and other amazing stuff

but in cech3003b i will be only able to do HEN and play ps3 games using multiman

please let me know which one is best to buy which dont have heating issues and have good compability of all games also long lasting one
also suggest...
