PS3 HEN and PSN signup

Hi All,

I have PS3 SuperSlim , I have upgrade to PS3HEN 4.84

I don't have PSN account

In the tutorial it say that I need to signup to PSN ,
When I try to signup , it say that I need to upgrade to 4.85

I tried also to use PS3 Proxy but I got an error to signup

any idea?
