Fix_tar for 4.xx

This was released by cfwprophet back in 2012.

I found these files on my computer and they work with puad gui 1.5, you just need to rename the one you want to use to "fix_tar_PUAD.exe" and of course put it in the \PUAD GUI\bin\ps3tools folder.
No more psp issues.

In the rar there is:

fix_tar = retail fw up to 3.72
fix_tar_debug = debug fw up to 3.72(?)
fix_tar_v3 = retail and debug fw 4.0
