Can't convert CEX to DEX (Rebug 4.85.1 lite)

Is it possible to convert CEX to DEX with Rebug 4.85.1 lite?

In the toolbox menu, it says I have to install REBUG REX EDITION to access those functions.
But I don't think there is a REBUG Rex Edition for 4.85?
