Help with HFW 4.85

Hi everyone. Need some help please.
I have a PS3 super slim 42xxA on OFW 4.85.

Formatted the usb pen as fat32 then PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT. PUP (i have the file extension ON so i am sure it's not . Pup. Pup)

Tried updating it via system update - storage, no erros but then states that I have the latest firmware.

Then tried via recovery mode and i have this error "no applicable update data found" .

I am also using the furthest right usb port.
Checked the m5 as well.

Any ideias? I know it...
