Updating Old PS3 slim

I have an old PS3 with Roger 4.55 1.00 cfw with no bt and no bd patched, actually my BD is fine but I didn't find any firmare that only using the no bt patch so I installed this cfw

Anyway, I would like to use the BD again and maybe updating the PS3 at the same time, any suggestions on cfw that works on my PS3?

P.S. my PS3 BD drive is ok but my bt is not.
