Error Running PSN Titles... that previously worked???

Not sure what's going on here but depending on the game I get either Error "80010007 or 80010017" when running most converted PSN titles (with converted/licensed RAP files), though a handful work still.

Keep in mind nothing has changed on my PS3 besides installing more games.

Now I have to say this, previously every game I'm testing worked... Disc image games also work as they should so quite baffled.

Anyone have any idea what's up in this case it's really weird??
